ππ A Prayer & Bible Life Lesson for Students, Teachers and Parents Starting a New School Year
ππ As another school year begins, let's remember that our children, teachers, administrators, and school staff are beginning more than another academic yearβthey're beginning another journey.
π There will be exciting days and difficult ones.
π€ There will be new friendships, challenging assignments, tests, decisions, accomplishments, disappointments, and opportunities to grow.
Through all of it, Scripture gives us a beautiful reminder:
π βTrust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.β β Proverbs 3:5β6
π A Back-to-School Prayer
Lord, thank You for the opportunity to begin another school year.
Give our students wisdom to learn, courage to face challenges, confidence to be themselves, and compassion to treat others with kindness.
Give our teachers patience, strength, creativity, and encouragement as they educate and inspire another generation.
Give parents and caregivers wisdom and peace as they support their children through every victory and challenge.
Bless our principals, counselors, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, custodians, coaches, crossing guards, and school employees who help our schools function every day.
Help every student remember that a difficult assignment doesn't define their intelligence, one bad grade doesn't determine their future, and one challenging day doesn't determine their entire year.
When they don't understand the path ahead, remind them to trust You.
When they succeed, remind them to remain thankful and humble.
When they struggle, remind them that tomorrow brings another opportunity to learn and grow.
β€οΈ May our schools become places where wisdom grows, kindness spreads, teachers feel appreciated, students feel valued, and every child has an opportunity to succeed.
